Consent to the processing of personal data

Acting freely, of my own will, and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, I hereby give my consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter – the Consent) by the operator ATTRAKTOR JSC (address: 188480, Leningrad Region, Kingiseppsky District, Kingisepp, Teatralnaya St., bld. 1, office 7, INN: 7806596568, OGRN: 1227800032503) (hereinafter – the Operator) under the following terms:
1.Personal Data Subject: An adult individual who has concluded a User Agreement with the Operator and acts as a personal data subject when using the Website, located at https://спгмаркет.рф/ (hereinafter – the Website).
2.Purpose of this Consent:

• Fulfilling User’s requests to the Website in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement;
• Ensuring the possibility of concluding and executing civil law contracts with the User.
• Establishing feedback with the User when necessary, including sending notifications, requests, information, and documents related to the use of the Website;
• Improving the quality of the Website’s operation, its usability, and developing new functionality for the Website;
• Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;
• Transferring User’s personal data to third parties based on User’s requests to the Website for the purpose of using the Website’s functionality provided for by the User Agreement and/or civil law contracts concluded with the User.

• User’s Phone Number;
• User’s Email Address;
• User’s IP Address;

• Details (series, number, date of issue, issuing department code) of the User’s identity document.

In the event that the User provides the Operator with additional personal data during the use of the Website, either provided for or not provided for in the Personal Data Processing Policy, the User undertakes to, in case of transferring personal data not covered by this Consent, provide the Operator with their consent for the processing of such personal data in advance.
4.Provision Method: Providing personal data and sending it by filling out forms and questionnaires on the Website, as well as outside the Website during the conclusion and execution of civil law contracts with the Operator.
5.Processing Method: Mixed processing, both with and without the use of automation tools.
6.Permitted Actions with Personal Data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, anonymization, deletion, destruction.
7.Processing Period: from the date of receipt of the Consent and for the period of the stated purpose, as well as for 3 years after the stated purpose is achieved.
8.Withdrawal of Consent: The Consent can be withdrawn by sending an electronic application to the Operator’s email address: info@lng.market
9.In case of withdrawal of Consent: The Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in clauses 2 – 11 of Part 1 of Article 6 and Part 2 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006.
10.Term of Validity of the Consent: until the processing period is reached or until the Consent is withdrawn, except for the grounds specified in clause 9 of the Consent.
